Returns & Exchanges Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with any seals and wrappers unbroken. These terms apply to your order.The product you want refunded, exchanged should be sent to the address we will provide you with.For every refund,a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.And the shipping fee can't be returned.All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery and must be in resalable conditions. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date. We welcome orders to BFPO addresses, and when applicable, no VAT will be charged for these orders. Some of our delivery methods require a signature on receipt of delivery. Next Day Delivery: £8.00 Our Next Day service is only available for goods that are in stock at time of ordering. Orders for this service may be placed by phone or via our website before 1pm. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. All next day parcels require a signature on receipt of delivery. Security checks will be processed on orders over £500 so delays may occur on larger orders. Same Day Delivery: £25 Our Same Day service only applies to Central London, and is only available for items in stock. Orders must be placed by 12pm and will be received by the end of the working day. For some locations, the same day delivery charge may be more than £25 - when an order for same day delivery is placed, we will inform customers if the charge is going to be more than £25.

We ship within 1-2 business days of when you place your order.Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days.The shipping of the items is online traceable.If your order shows your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.Tracking information may not be updated for 24 hours. The parcel need to be signed for. So please track your parcel online timely. If the parcle was shipped fail ,it will be reutrned to us. If reshipping ,customer need to pay shipping fee again. If you don't want reshipment ,you need to pay restocking fee ,and shipping fee can not be returned. Cancel order If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order timely,if so,the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if you live overseas this may take a little longer. Some items that show as in stock on our website have slightly longer delivery times – around 7-10 days. This is usually because they are not available at our warehouse, but they are in stock at one or more of our shops. If you place an order for one of these items, we will recall it from one of our shops and despatch it to you as soon as we possibly can. Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you. We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
Sale Item Disclaimer
We have very limited stock of our sale items, and we will not be taking back orders on any of these items. Due to the fact our stock levels are updated once every 24 hours a product may sell out during time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this does happen we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.
If you have a promotional code, you may enter this in at the “order options” page which you will reach after you have entered in your delivery address.
New Customers
